This is a project I built for a friend. She wanted a narrow end table to fit in a tight space in her family room. I went online for inspiration and found this piece, however it was made with 2×4 sides. While I liked the piece, I wanted it to be a bit more streamlined and less bulky for her family room. So, I switched out the 2×4 sides for 1×4 sides. This is an excellent beginner build. I hope you enjoy building this skinny side table!
